Lifestyle Change - Weightloss- 90 Day Challenge

You read it right.... I started my weightloss/ 90 day challenge! I woke up a week ago and said to myself that I'm tired of being overweight. I gained a lot of weight during my pregnancy last year, and haven't lost it all yet. I'm short, ( 5'1 ) so it looks worse on me, than on someone taller. I decided that it's a lifestyle change and not a diet. It is, I'm changing how I eat, and portions. I'm cutting out processed crap food ( yes it tastes amazing, but is horrible for me )I've started eating "clean" more veggies, lean meats ( turkey, chicken ) and fruits. Along with this I've been lucky enough to find an amazing woman who is helping me on my journey. I'm supplementing one meal a day with a Visalus shake. ( Protein shake ) and having healthy snacks in between, as well as working out. I've started doing Jillian Micheal's 30 Day Shred, and it's kicking my butt!
6 days ago I started. I will do weekly updates on how I'm feeling, what I'm eating, my workouts, and weightloss. I started this at 165lbs. I'm trying to get back down to my 120lbs. ( Pre pregnancy weight ) then from there, go down to 115lb. I know it's going to take a while and a lot of work, but with my husband supporting me the whole way, I can and will do it. I want to be healthier and have more energy for keeping up with our toddler. I just want to feel better in general.
90 day challenge is with Visalus . ( Click for website )

Above is the shake powder, and some flavor packets. ( along with Welcome package and goal bracelet )
Second picture has Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip cookies, Energy drinks, Omega supplements and Metab Awake, as well as Visalus cereal, and some drink mix ins for a boost of energy, as well as more flavor packets.

I've been mixing my shake powder with Almond Milk and ice, 4oz. of coffee and cinnamon. ( So far it's my favorite one.)

There are so many shake combinations that I haven't tried yet, which is nice because I won't get bored.

I'm already feeling better and it's only day 6. I'm looking forward to the next 3 months and on, and to getting my body and energy back.
